I have been in the music industry for over 35 years. Started my young career working for MCA /Universal as an assistant A&R during the 90’s having worked with artists such as Bobby Brown, BBD, New Edition. Eventuality, moved on to the latin side of the biz working for MySpace Latino as a content curator. This helped me established a good reputation of discovering new talent and that catapulted me to get my 1st production deal with newly formed Machete Music. As an up and coming executive I was able to forge some great relationships in the industry which made it a no brainer to continue working with several of the record companies as a street team marketer and that is how I started my company Cristian Ashlee Ent. as a full service management, artist development consultant & viral marketing business.

My versatility in working in the urban and latin music space, gave me the experience to continue my quest to run & manage Cricket (the artist)/ Cricket Productionz(Production company) which has become my goal to establish him as one of the most sought after & successful producer!!.
