Billboard Latin Music Week is scheduled for October 14-18, 2024 live in Miami Beach at the Fillmore.

 

Be sure to get dropped off at the Fillmore at 1700 Washington Ave, NOT the Miami Beach Convention Center.

GA TICKET HOLDERS: All GA ticket holders please enter via the main entrance GA line. Please have your digital ticket and ID ready. Purchase your ticket using the button above.

ALL TICKETS ARE GA BY SECTION. Upon arrival you will head to your designated section (Pit, Orchestra, or Mezzanine) to choose your seat. Your ticket is valid for your purchased section ONLY. Please plan for finding seats when planning your arrival time.

INSIDER PASSES: All Billboard Latin Music Week badge holders have received an email to claim their digital UNIVERSE ticket for GA Orchestra via their registered email. Please use this ticket for entry & enter through the GA Line.

Billboard Latin Music Week tickets DO NOT include access to the Billboard Latin Music Award show.

Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

 

What items are not allowed inside the Fillmore Miami Beach Theater?

The following items are prohibited for all shows: any bags that are outside of our Clear Bag Policy, weapons, alcohol, drugs, selfie sticks, lawn chairs, laser pointers, skates, animals, wallet chains, spiked jewelry/belts, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks, sparklers, video equipment laptops and tablets. Any item deemed dangerous by the venue General Manager or Law Officer. Recording equipment is prohibited at most shows, at the performer's discretion.

Is the Fillmore Miami Beach handicap/ADA accessible?
The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater is ADA accessible. For information regarding ADA seating, please call 888.598.4299 or visit our box office.
Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests who request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. Please contact (305) 673-7300 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
 

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
